Meet Willow! She is a rescue from PACC and has lived in the neighborhood for almost three years. She loves sitting at her window and watching neighbors walk by, and her favorite day of the week is trash day. She spends hours sniffing around the trashcans when they are brought in, just to see if any new neighbors have stopped by. Willow also howls at any person delivering packages or mail to her home.
